Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
